- Include a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
2. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We may approve or reject your refund based on the condition of the returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
